The infrastructure of the center also includes a beach, green zone, which is the central combinational node of the architectural ensemble, funicular building that leads to relief increasing for helipads and golf courses.
Transit of berths for yachts to the main entrance of the hotel, restaurants and water park markeded with portal gates, the basis for shaping of which is the Trypillia culture device of sacred purpose. Excavations of Trypillia culture conceived to be available for contemplation by the restaurants visitors (in stylobate part of the hotel) as a part of interior solutions, as well as for vacationers who stroll on the green zone. Embankment along the pier also designed for recreational walks.

Water park and a yacht club building with a night club in their geometry tend to fluid forms, given their proximity to the Dnipro. Hotel at the same time tends to steep relief of a right bank of the Dnipro river. Smooth and sharp (in architectural meaning) structures coupled by transitions in second-floor height. Flexion of water park’s roof structure motivated by the presence or absence of increases as water slides inside the building, which thereby create a transparent convex construction.

Eight bungalows with balconies and terraces towards the cultivation, lake and the Dnipro river are located around the artificial lake. All bungalows have their own places on the lake for recreation or eating in water surroundigs. Central composition point is the hotel highest point to which the bungalows roof completions are targeted; a central axis of the same face directed to the north line, around which the facade of the hotel and other buildings unfolds. The hotel is also dominant height, which gently attracts the surrounding buildings.
