PROSTIR Business Hub has secured first place in the REM Awards at the Ukrainian Building Congress.
This project was designed and built during the full-scale war in Ukraine — in conditions that inevitably reshape architecture, its priorities, and its meaning.
The main objective of the project is to create an attractive and distinctive identity for a business hub that combines office, warehouse, and commercial functions. The architecture is shaped by its location along the Ring Road: terraced pitched roofs with gables are designed so that, from any direction of movement, a clear perspective of the terracing is revealed and the full volume of the building can be perceived at a humal-eye level.
